Mechanical System Engineering (Static & Rotary): BE Mechanical

The Mechanical engineers should have experienece in basic and Detail design of Power Plant, Waste to Energy Plant or Water Treatment plant.

The engineer should have good knowedge of Main Steam Cycle of super critical plant, Combined cycle power plant, Feed water Pumps, Condenser, Gas Turbine, Steam turbine, HRSG and Boilers.

The engineer with balance of Plant experience should have worked in Steel Plant, Power plant, Chemical industries with Cooling Tower, CW pumps, HVAC, Fire protection system. Water treatment plant.

Conceptual, Basic and Detail design of Balance of Plant Systems: cooling water system, closed cooling water system, Instrument Air / Service Air, Chemical Dosing, Fuel Oil System, Fuel Gas System, water transportation system. 

Knowledge of system equipment like heat exchanger, tank design, compressors, fans, blowers, pumps, Gas compressor and conditioning equipment, Specialties like strainer, pressure reducing valves, control valves, relief valves, etc.

Engineering would requires preparation of Design Criteria, P&IDs, Equipment sizing and pipe sizing calculations, System and Control Description, Technical Specifications, Bid Evaluations, Vendor Drawing Review.

Should have leadership quality and worked in as a Lead or sub lead in multi disciplinary projects. Should give guidance to team and resolve all interdisciplinary issues
