Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Medical Billing Fresher to join our healthcare operations team. The candidate will assist in managing billing processes, insurance claims, and revenue cycle activities for US healthcare providers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in medical billing and coding processes
• Prepare and submit insurance claims (CMS-1500 / UB-04)
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
• Follow up on claim status, denials, and rejections
• Maintain accurate patient and billing records
• Work on payment posting and reconciliation
• Coordinate with team members for RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) tasks
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines
• RequirementsGraduate in any field (B.Pharm, BSc, BCom preferred)
• Basic understanding of medical terminology (preferred)
• Good communication skills (English required)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Computer skills
• Willingness to work in US shift (Night shift)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Preferred Skills (Good to Have)Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS codes
• Understanding of US healthcare system
• Training or certification in medical billing/coding
