 Key Responsibilities

Ensure product development from customer requirements to SOP with targted benefits. The Launch and industrialization is responsible for the realization of SOP in the production of a plant/ segment under consideration of targets (Q/C/D):

Plan, organize, monitor, Coordinate and report of:

• Production and investment costs

• Technology development in plant with Production verification / validation plan

• Feasibility study / Production concept

• Handling and production logistics concept inclusive plan for every part

• Realization production concept

• Value stream production

• Handling of multiple projects with cross functional team

• Planning of technological training for the required team members

• Perform nominal/ actual comparison of the production inclusive corrective actions

• Scheduling and quantity planning, status and closure of industrialization / launch

• Supply and startup (according to specification) of the needed equipment (including alignment with tool and investment project

B E Mechanical/ Production/ Industrial Engineering

• Engineering background (Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering or equivalent ) 6 -8 years on similar funtions / position.

• Thorough understanding of Project Management, Launch Management methods and tools Profound knowledge of product development processes, APQP,

• Good understanding of various manufacturing processes like turning, grinding, honing, heat treatment.

• Acquainted with Bearing Manufacturing Excellent in lead workshop, drive CFT, communication, presentation, moderate project review meeting

• Good understanding of IATF 16949 system requirements for manufacturing and project management
