We are looking for a smart, active, and responsible Office Assistant cum Telecaller to manage daily office operations and handle client communication for our real estate business.
- 📌 Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound & outbound calls for property inquiries
- Coordinate with clients and schedule site visits
- Maintain property listings & client database
- Do regular follow-ups with leads
- Assist in office work, documentation & coordination
- Handle WhatsApp inquiries and client communication
- 🎯 Requirements:Good communication in Hindi, English & Gujarati
- Basic knowledge of computer (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
- Confident, polite & customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in real estate / telecalling preferred (Fresher can also apply)
