Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Office ki safai aur cleanliness maintain karna
  • Staff ke liye chai, coffee, water serve karna
  • Documents, files, courier ko office ke andar ya bahar deliver karna
  • Photocopy, printing, scanning ka kaam karna
  • Office ke basic kaam jaise bank work, cheque deposit, etc. handle karna
  • Guests / visitors ko attend karna aur unko guide karna
  • Pantry aur office supplies (stationery) maintain karna
  • Senior staff ke instructions follow karna
  • Skills & Requirements:Basic reading aur writing aani chahiye
  • Honest, punctual aur responsible hona chahiye
  • Basic office work ka knowledge ho (photocopy, file handling)
  • Good behavior aur polite nature
  • Physically fit hona chahiye
