Job Description:We are looking for a responsible and energetic candidate for the role of Offline Marketing Cum Supervisor in our Hydra Dement. The candidate will handle field marketing activities and supervise the team to ensure smooth operations.

• Responsibilities:Manage offline marketing campaigns (field work, promotions, etc.)
• Supervise and guide marketing staff
• Coordinate with internal teams
• Maintain daily activity reports
• Ensure target achievement

• Requirements:Good communication skills
• Leadership and team-handling ability
• Basic knowledge of field marketing
• Ability to travel locally
• 12th pass / Graduate preferred
