Role Overview

The Operations & Support Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by supporting order processing, coordination between internal teams, and maintaining accurate operational records.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple activities simultaneously, ensure timely follow-ups, and contribute to efficient execution of orders from initiation to closure.



Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end order execution processes by coordinating with internal teams such as procurement, warehouse, and accounts
  • Ensure timely flow of information across departments to avoid delays
  • Assist in processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records
  • Track order status and ensure timely updates across systems
  • Monitor progress of orders and highlight delays or issues proactively
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely updates and execution
  • Support communication with customers regarding order status and dispatch updates
  • Maintain proper documentation related to orders, dispatch, and compliance requirements
  • Ensure all operational records are updated and easily accessible
  • Assist in identifying process gaps and support implementation of improvements
  • Contribute to maintaining operational discipline and structured workflows

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (Operations / Commerce / Management preferred)

1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or support roles (freshers with strong aptitude may also apply)
