About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Executive – Operations with experience in freight forwarding, customs clearance, and logistics. The role involves managing export/import documentation, coordinating with shipping lines, airlines, CHA, transporters, and ensuring smooth sea and air shipments.

Responsibilities:

Handle pre & post shipment documentation (SEA & AIR).

Coordinate with clients and logistics partners for timely shipments.

Ensure customs compliance and smooth clearance.

Resolve operational issues during the shipping process.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (Logistics/Supply Chain/Import-Export preferred).

1–3 years of experience in sea & air operations.

Knowledge of export & import documentation.

Strong communication and MS Office skills.
