Job Description
Scope of work:
- Interact with prospective clients and to brief them about our services
- Overseeing daily operations and service delivery
- Supervising staff and managing coverage
- Visiting clients for assessment and surprise check
- Collecting feedback and driving continuous improvement
- Coordinating and following up on training activities
- Maintaining ongoing communication with service users and staff
- Assisting with recruitment and first-line candidate interactions
- Performing ad-hoc duties and providing on-call support as needed
Education: Minimum 12th Pass, Diploma or degree preferred
Shift: 9 hours a day including breaks
Weekdays: 6 days a week
