Project: Gas to Power Project Execution

1. Vendor Management

   • Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers for gas turbines, generators, transformers, and other power plant components.
   • Negotiate contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships.

2. Procurement Planning

   • Develop procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
   • Forecast material requirements based on engineering and project schedules.

3. Technical Evaluation

   • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical specifications.
   • Conduct technical bid evaluations and ensure compliance with standards.

4. Cost Control & Budgeting

   • Monitor procurement costs and ensure alignment with project budgets.
   • Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
