Job Description
- Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering ONLY
- 5–12 years of experience in electrical panel manufacturing
- Manage complete workshop operations for electrical panel manufacturing
- Supervise fabrication, busbar work, wiring, assembly, and testing activities
- Plan production schedules as per project timelines
- Ensure compliance with electrical standards and safety regulations
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams
- Monitor quality control and conduct routine inspections
- Manage manpower allocation and improve productivity
- Maintain inventory control of workshop materials and tools
- Ensure proper documentation (GA, SLD, wiring drawings, test reports)
- Handle client inspections and FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)
- Implement cost control and waste reduction measures
- Strong knowledge of PCC, MCC, PLC, VFD, APFC panels
- Knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and electrical schematics
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of busbar sizing, protection systems, and panel standards
- Familiar with IEC standards and electrical safety norms
- Good communication and coordination skills
