Proposals & Estimation Cost Manager

Scope Of Work*	Primary	•Carry out Proposal and Estimation activities for LSTK/ EPC projects in the field of onshore gas processing, Refinery, Fertilizers, Fired Heaters, Cracker furnaces, Hydrocarbon Reformers, Modularization etc. •Capable of carrying out interactions with Marketing dept., Engineering disciplines, Supply Chain Management Especially Buyers for resolution of vendor clarifications and support to clarify vendor queries to expedite vendor offers, Contracts, HSE, Construction and QA&I, Vendors etc. •Capable of carrying out various technical and commercial documents/ drawings, vendor offer evaluation, Quotation Tabulation Sheets (QTS) based on vendor offers, risk analysis and participation in risk reviews, planning & review, proposal documents preparation, data review & analysis etc. •Preparation of checklist as per Tender scope, amendments and Client clarification.
	Shared Across Functionally	•Preparation of Cost Estimates for Manpower & Services required for the job with support from related Capability Centres. •Coordinate with proposal team members for collation of cost estimates into Overall Cost Estimates, accounting of taxes & duties and hedging factors, prepare assumption list & suggest contingency values. •Support Proposal Manager for Preliminary and Final presentation of Overall Cost Estimate to Proposal & Estimation Head. •Assist in document handover to the Project Team
