Job Description:Responsibilities:

• Handle procurement and purchase activities, ensuring timely supply of materials.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and secure the best prices for goods and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to avoid shortages.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of products and services.
• Maintain and update records of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices in the system.
• Assist in the preparation of purchase reports and stock management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for procurement.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for new products.
• Support internal teams in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and supplies.
• Manage purchase-related documentation and correspondence.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a procurement or purchase executive role.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Preferably Commerce/Business Administration).
• Strong negotiation skills and vendor management experience.
• Good understanding of procurement and inventory management processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the renewable energy or solar industry.
• Knowledge of materials and equipment used in renewable energy projects.
