Purchase Executive

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Role Overview

The Back-Office Purchase Executive will manage end-to-end purchase operations from Purchase Request to Purchase Order, and support activities across procurement, supply chain management, and logistics. The role requires ownership, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and timely execution of purchase and inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and track purchase requests (PR) and convert them into purchase orders (PO) independently
• Coordinate with vendors, project teams, and sales teams for order execution, pricing, and timely deliveries
• Maintain purchase records, trackers, and reports using MS Excel
• Understand client requirements and coordinate purchase needs accordingly
• Follow up on deliveries, payments, and required documentation
• Support purchase planning, inventory management, and stock tracking
• Assist in supply chain management and logistics coordination for smooth material movement
• Take ownership of tasks and perform with minimal supervision

Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good written communication and professional email drafting skills
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills across procurement, logistics, and supply chain processes
