#### *Position Summary*

The Electronic Retail Sales Associate is responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of consumer electronic products (such as Ceiling Fans / All Fans/ Mixer Grinder/, home appliances, and accessories) while delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing product demonstrations, maintaining store displays, and achieving sales targets.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Greet customers, identify their needs, and recommend appropriate electronic products or solutions.

* Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers.

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, pricing, promotions, and competitors.

* Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Manage product displays, ensure merchandise is well-stocked and visually appealing.

* Process customer transactions accurately (cash, credit, or online sales).

* Handle customer inquiries, returns, and after-sales issues professionally.

* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

* Prepare daily sales reports and provide feedback on market trends.

*Qualifications & Skills*

* High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (business, marketing, or related field preferred).

* 1–3 years of retail or sales experience (electronics sector preferred).

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Passion for technology and up-to-date knowledge of consumer electronics.

* Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

* Basic computer and POS (Point of Sale) system knowledge.
