• Build rapport with HNI clients
• Update Zoho CRM daily
• 2️⃣ Virtual PresentationConduct Google Meet walkthroughs
• Explain:

• Project USPs
• Private pool villas
• Independent plots
• Low-density planning
• Position exclusivity properly

3️⃣ Follow-up & NurtureWeekly relationship-building calls

• Follow-up every 2–3 days for serious buyers
• Share brochures, videos, documents
• Use FOMO carefully (inventory limitation)

4️⃣ Negotiation & ClosingHandle price discussions confidently

• Address objections professionally
• Coordinate booking amount
• Guide client through documentation
• Ensure smooth closing process

5️⃣ CRM DisciplineMaintain daily updates in Zoho CRM

• Track stages:
