Receptionist / Front Office Executive

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, handling front-desk operations, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Key Responsibilities Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls/tele sales on date given by company
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
• Provide information to visitors, clients, and staff
