Job Title: Relationship Manager

Experience: 0 to 2 Years (BFSI experienced will give preference)

Location: Alkapuri, Vadodara, Gujarat

Skills Required:

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Handling DSA Queries:

○ Attend to all assigned Direct Selling Agent (DSA) queries promptly and efficiently.

○ Provide accurate and timely information to DSAs regarding loan processing and

other related matters.

○ Ensure all DSA queries are resolved to their satisfaction and escalate issues

when necessary.

2. Loan Processing:

○ Oversee the loan application process from initiation to disbursement.

○ Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure all required documentation and verification processes are completed.

3. Developing New DSA Partnerships:

○ Actively seek out and establish new DSA partnerships.

○ Conduct meetings and presentations to potential DSAs to explain the benefits and processes involved.

○ Ensure that all new DSA partners are on-boarded smoothly and are fully aware of their roles and responsibilities.

4. Performance Monitoring:

○ Monitor the performance of DSAs to ensure they meet their targets.

○ Provide regular feedback and support to DSAs to help them improve their performance.

○ Prepare and present reports on DSA performance to senior management.

5. Training and Support:

○ Conduct training sessions for DSAs to keep them informed about new products, services, and processes.

○ Provide ongoing support and guidance to DSAs to ensure they are fully equipped to meet their targets.

6. Compliance:

○ Ensure all processes and interactions with DSAs comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

○ Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all dealings with DSAs and clients.

7. Relationship Management:

○ Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs to ensure their continued loyalty and productivity.

○ Address any issues or concerns raised by DSAs promptly and professionally
