Job Role
To handle guest interactions, billing, and card recharge sales while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors at Black Bunny.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome guests and explain games, offers, and packages
* Manage billing, cash, card, and UPI transactions accurately
* Issue and recharge game cards
* Promote recharges, combos, and ongoing offers
* Handle guest queries and coordinate with floor staff
* Maintain front desk cleanliness and follow SOPs
Requirements
* Good communication skills
* Basic computer & billing knowledge
* Customer-focused and sales-oriented mindset
* Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
