Retail Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, schedule, motivate, and manage performance of store employees; handle disciplinary issues.

Sales & Profitability: Set and achieve sales targets, develop strategies, analyze performance metrics (like conversion, ATV), and control costs.

Operations: Ensure smooth daily flow, implement store policies, manage budgets, prepare reports, and ensure security.

Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, order new merchandise, minimize stock loss, and manage visual merchandising.

Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service, resolve complaints, build customer rapport, and maintain a positive shopping environment.

Merchandising: Implement promotions, arrange displays, and ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company regulations.
