Role Overview
The Rollout Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing deployment activities for global customers. This role ensures that all project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. The Rollout Manager will coordinate internal and external teams, act as the primary client interface, support implementation teams through go‑live, and proactively address issues to ensure a smooth transition into the live environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and maintain rollout and deployment plans for global customer projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams—including internal stakeholders, vendors, and client teams—to ensure seamless execution of rollout activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the deployment lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, ensure deliverables meet scope, budget, and quality benchmarks.
- Identify potential risks, escalate issues, and drive timely resolutions to avoid delays.
- Support implementation teams during go‑live to ensure readiness and operational success.
- Document rollout progress, prepare status reports, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth transition from deployment to live operations with minimal disruption.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction during and after deployment.
Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear, neutral accent.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Proven client‑facing experience with the ability to manage expectations and build strong relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders across geographies.
- Previous experience in deployment, project coordination, rollout management, or similar roles.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering quality results within timelines.
