Sales & Application Engineer

Job Summary:The Sales & Application Engineer is responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and providing technical solutions for the company’s products and services. The role involves understanding customer requirements, recommending appropriate products or solutions, preparing proposals, and supporting customers through the pre- and post-sales process to ensure satisfaction and successful implementation.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities through client visits, calls, and networking.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical training sessions.
• Collaborate with the design, production, and service teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimations, and technical documentation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers before and after sales.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and expand the company’s market presence.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and build new ones.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor products, and new technologies.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to represent the company.
