Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
• Maintain store cleanliness and organized product displays
• Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets
• Assist with promotional activities and marketing campaigns
• Prepare sales reports and update customer records as required
