Job Description
Responsibility To provide commercial support to Sales & Contracts Team To support the bid preparation process for turnkey contracts. Interaction with customers and other stack holders Preparing and reviewing commercial proposals/offers / enquiries Knowledge of PSU & Govt bidding process Awareness on various INCO terms Understanding on contractual terms (Customers, Internal & Vendors), Liability Assessment Knowledge of Taxation part with respect of GST/ IGST Support in obtaining the necessary internal approvals in accordance with internal guidelines and policies Well versed with document management and understanding on commercials aspect of a project. Respond to internal customer in time as well as assist to all team members. Keep track of event & projects and reporting Receipt & review of work order received from sales Sending inquiries as per BOM/Indents to vendors /sub vendors Vendor development for all engineering products Negotiating with vendors for techno-commercial terms Plan the deliveries & dispatch of material from vendor/ subvendors /principles Maintaining documentation related to Comparative quotes & supporting Preparation of Technical Compliance Working with cross functional team to improve the procurement process. ERP knowledge: Review the Salesforce on daily basis for tracking the leads/ opportunities with due date, probability, etc. Maintain the Salesforce with dedicated dashboards for different respective brands/principal of maintenance division Maintain the KPI Sheet’s of Sales team as per the inputs from Head of Sales and Brand Heads Ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by management from time to time
