SALES CO-ORDINATOR

- Assist with all aspects of new and prospective customer sales (SI’s or TDs or End Customer), including lead generation, initial sales call, and follow-up.

- Coordinate with sales core team on customer needs and target markets.

- Contact potential customers via phone and e-mail or WhatsApp to provide product information (Catalogue, product docs, product presentation), discuss potential sales, and share commercial after concern with sales core team. 

- Meet sales goals by sharing pertinent product information, providing demonstrations, and closing sales.

- Establish and maintain close working relationships with key decision makers.

- Coordinate with operations manager on optimum pricing plans.

- Social media: Creating content, including posts, videos, and images for use on social media. Promoting products, services, and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organization’s brand and social media strategy.

SALES CO-ORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, suppliers, and others in the industry.

- Maintain and update the knowledge base of products, services, and pricing.

- Focus on client engagement and demand generation.

- Benefit from regular sales meetings and training.

- Assist with project quotes and presentations.
