Job Description
We are looking for a proactive B2B Tele Sales Executive who can connect with potential business clients, introduce our products/services, and convert leads into customers. The role involves outbound calling, lead follow-ups, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to businesses and generate new leads
- Introduce company products/services and explain benefits
- Identify decision-makers and pitch accordingly
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales
- Maintain call records and update CRM/Excel regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills
- Experience in B2B tele calling or inside sales
- Basic knowledge of CRM/Excel
- Confident, result-oriented, and disciplined with follow-ups
- Ability to understand business needs and pitch solutions
