Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive (Inside Sales) to join our team in Vadodara. This full-time role is suitable for professionals with strong sales and lead conversion experience, preferably from education, services, or related industries.

Experience in visa counselling is not mandatory, but candidates should understand the inside sales process and be comfortable handling student inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Conduct counselling-style discussions with students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities.
• Explain services, processes, and timelines clearly to prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and client servicing.
• Assist students with bookings, documentation coordination, and basic process guidance.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Perform additional sales-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Inside Sales (mandatory).
• Experience in education, consultancy, BFSI, or service industry preferred.
• Basic understanding of study abroad or visa services is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle targets, follow-ups, and CRM systems.
• Professional attitude with strong customer-handling skills.
• Age: 18–40 years
