Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing existing dealers and channel partners, developing new partnerships, and driving order generation for solar EPC projects across Gujarat. The role involves coordinating between channel partners and internal teams to ensure smooth execution from lead generation to project completion.

1. Channel Partner & Dealer Management

  • Handle existing channel partners and dealer network for solar EPC solutions.
  • Identify, onboard, and develop new dealers and channel partners in assigned territories.
  • Conduct regular meetings, training, and performance reviews of channel partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships to ensure continued business growth.

2. Business Development & Order Generation

  • Develop new business opportunities through dealers, channel partners.
  • Support partners in project pricing, technical proposals, and closing deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for technical support, quotations, and file submissions.

3. Project Coordination & Execution

  • Follow up for project approvals, documentation, and client registration on the solar portal (DISCOM / GEDA / MNRE, etc.).
  • Coordinate between channel partners and internal execution teams for timely project completion.
  • Track project progress, handle escalations, and ensure on-time delivery. Support payment follow-ups, collections, and Project completion reports.

4. Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain updated records of leads, orders, partner data, and project status.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales and activity reports.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Sound understanding of Solar EPC systems, net metering process, and subsidy approvals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and Solar Portal handling (GEDA / DISCOM).
  • Ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously.
  • Result-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering; any Bachelors or Masters (preferred).
  • Experience: 1–4 years of experience in Solar EPC sales, Channel Partner handling, or Dealer development.
  • Location Preference: Candidate must be willing to travel across Gujarat
