Job Description
- Identify and source potential customers for loan products through direct sales, referrals, and cold calling.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, Loan Against Property, etc.).
- Maintain healthy relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing, documentation, and disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall branch performance.
- Collect and verify necessary documents as per credit requirements.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor products, and industry updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines.
