Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking dynamic Store Managers to lead our EV two-wheeler dealerships in Vadodara (GJ) + Chh. Sambhajinagar(Aurangabad) + Nashik (MH). This is a turnaround role requiring a proven track record in improving store performance, driving sales, and building high-performing teams. This role requires hands-on execution as well as the ability to identify gaps, recommend corrective actions, and work closely with the Regional Manager on store improvement initiatives.

 



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth • Lead, motivate, and manage sales team to exceed KPIs • Implement performance-based incentive and monitoring systems • Develop and execute sales strategies to improve store performance • Monitor competition and adapt tactics accordingly • Manage daily operations, inventory, and showroom standards • Build customer relationships and ensure excellent service • Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics • Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction



REQUIREMENTS

Experience: • 5–10 years of total experience in retail / automotive sales, including strong hands-on sales exposure and 2–3 years of people management experience • Proven experience in turning around underperforming stores • Track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets • EV/automotive/two-wheeler industry experience (preferred)

Skills: • Strong leadership and team management abilities • Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills • Performance management and people development • Fluent in Marathi and Hindi; working proficiency in English • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools • Data-driven decision making

Personal Qualities: • Results-oriented and self-motivated • Customer-focused with problem-solving mindset • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Flexible to work weekends when required
