Job Description

  • 1. Student Counseling & Guidance
  • Provide accurate information about aviation courses, career opportunities, and academy offerings.
  • Understand the student’s interests, academic background, and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions (walk-ins, telephonic, WhatsApp inquiries, and online leads).
  • Help students and parents understand course fees, training modules, placement support, and admission procedures.


  • 2. Lead Management & Follow-ups
  • Handle inquiries from multiple sources—calls, social media, website, seminars, school/college visits, and walk-ins.
  • Maintain proper follow-ups with potential students to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Update daily lead status in CRM or lead-tracking sheets.
  • Ensure every inquiry is contacted within the defined timeline.


  • 3. Sales & Admissions
  • Achieve monthly counseling and admission conversion targets assigned by the academy.
  • Explain course structures, fees, scholarships (if any), and admission formalities.
  • Close admissions through strong communication, objection handling, and persuasive skills.
  • Guide students through enrollment steps including application filling, document collection, and fee payments.


  • 4. Relationship Building
  • Build strong rapport with students, parents, and guardians to encourage trust and satisfaction.
  • Provide continuous support to students until successful admission.
  • Maintain professional communication with schools, colleges, and external partners for lead generation.


  • 5. Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly counseling and admission reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, enrollments, and walk-in data.
  • Ensure proper documentation is completed and submitted for each enrolled student.


  • 6. Coordination & Team Support
  • Coordinate with the academic team, training department, and center head for smooth operations.
  • Participate in marketing activities, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
  • Share feedback from students to improve service quality.


  • 7. Center Representation
  • Represent the academy in a professional manner during seminars, school visits, and career fairs.
  • Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a student-friendly environment at the center.
