New clients generate karna (Corporate offices, Industries, Hospitals, Malls, Societies, Schools, etc.)
Housekeeping & Facility Management services ka promotion aur sales
Client visits, meetings aur site surveys conduct karna
Client ki requirement samajhkar quotation & proposal prepare karna
Follow-ups lena aur deals close karna
AMC contracts aur one-time services ke liye negotiations karna
Existing clients ke saath relationship maintain karna
Market survey aur competitor analysis karna
Monthly / weekly sales reports submit karna
Management ko regular feedback dena regarding market trends
