About Us:
Asha Corporation is the only authorized SERVO (IOCL) stockist and industrial oil distributor for Vadodara, Panchmahal, Chota Udepur, and Dahod districts. We deal in the complete range of SERVO Industrial Oils & Greases and cater directly to manufacturing industries.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell SERVO Industrial Oils & Greases to direct end customers, primarily manufacturing industries. The role involves market development, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell and market SERVO Industrial Oils & Greases (IOCL) to manufacturing industries
Identify and develop new customers in the assigned territory
Maintain and grow relationships with existing industrial clients
Conduct regular factory visits and product presentations
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable SERVO products
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs
Coordinate with internal team for order processing, dispatch, and payments
Ensure timely payment follow-ups and customer satisfaction
Target Customers:
Manufacturing industries
Engineering units
Chemical, pharmaceutical, textile, plastic, automotive, and other industrial units
Area of Operation:
Vadodara
Panchmahal
Chota Udepur
Dahod District
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
Experience in industrial sales, lubricants, oils, or B2B sales is an advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build long-term customer relationships
Self-motivated, target-driven, and field-oriented
Knowledge of industrial lubricants will be an added benefit
