Job Title:

Head – Sales & Marketing (B2B | Industrial Rubber Products)

 

Company:

CTC:

Up to ₹10 LPA (Based on experience & performance- no salary bar for right candidate)

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in B2B industrial sales (Rubber / Mining / Cement / Power / Steel / Heavy Engineering)

Job Role Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Sales & Marketing Head to independently drive B2B sales for industrial rubber products including Ball Mill Rubber Liners, Ceramic Rubber Lagging Sheets, Impact Pads, and Wear Resistant Rubber Liners. The role requires self-generated lead creation, strategy building, and order closure with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Independently generate B2B leads through market research, networking, cold outreach, exhibitions, and industry contacts 

• Develop and execute sales strategies for mining, cement, power, steel, and bulk material handling sectors 

• Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, technical discussions, quotation, negotiation, and order closure 

• Achieve defined monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets 

 

Marketing & Market Expansion:

• Identify new markets, applications, and customers 

• Analyze competitors, pricing trends, and market requirements 

 

Client & Key Account Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, EPCs, consultants, and OEMs 

• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical-commercial negotiations 

• Coordinate with production and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction 

 

Process & Team Leadership:

• Establish sales reporting, CRM discipline, and forecasting systems 

• Guide and develop the sales team as the organization grows 

• Ensure ethical selling practices and transparent performance reporting 

 

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B industrial sales 

• Strong ability to independently generate leads and close deals 

• Technical understanding of industrial products 

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills 

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
