Sales Support Executive

**Salary:** ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Role Overview

The Sales Support Executive will assist the sales team in lead management, coordination, documentation, and customer handling to ensure smooth sales operations and higher conversion efficiency.

### Key Responsibilities

* **Lead Management**

* Handle incoming leads and assign them to sales executives

* Maintain and update lead data in CRM/Excel

* **Sales Coordination**

* Support field sales team with scheduling meetings and follow-ups

* Coordinate between customers, sales team, and technical team

* **Documentation & Reporting**

* Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic documentation

* Maintain sales reports, daily updates, and pipeline tracking

* **Customer Handling**

* Follow up with leads via calls/WhatsApp

* Address basic customer queries and route technical queries to relevant teams

* **Operational Support**

* Ensure timely processing of orders and project handover to execution team

* Assist in improving sales process efficiency

### Candidate Requirements

* Graduate in any field

* 0–2 years of experience in **sales support / back office / coordination**

* Basic knowledge of **MS Excel and computer operations**

* Good communication and coordination skills

* Organized and detail-oriented approach

* Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
