Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead B2B sales operations in our UP location. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with platforms like Indiamart, Alibaba.com, or other B2B portals and will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
*Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the assigned region.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
*Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
*Prepare and present business development reports to management.
*Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
*Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
*Proven B2B sales experience .
*Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
*Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
*Target-driven with excellent leadership and team management skills.
*Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
