Senior Account Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

Full-Set Accounting Management: Manage accounts receivable and payable, general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing to ensure accurate and timely financial records.

Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, tax requirements, and internal control policies; coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. Working knowledge of GST, TCS, and TDS compliance.

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and training to maintain efficient and high-quality financial operations.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in accounting systems, workflows, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Client & Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments to maintain strong relationships and ensure smooth financial processes.

Responsible for payment follow-ups and collections. Skilled in managing multiple accounts/projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
