Senior Branch Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Senior Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive business growth, manage a team of relationship managers, and ensure superior client experience. Key Responsibilities • Drive branch-level sales and revenue targets • Acquire and retain high-value retail & HNI clients • Lead, mentor, and motivate branch teams • Promote cross-selling of all financial products • Manage key client relationships and escalations • Ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance • Maintain MIS, dashboards, and performance reports

Experience & Eligibility

6–10 years of experience in Wealth Management, Banking, Mutual Funds, Insurance, or Financial Services, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role. Existing client network is an advantage. Educational Qualification Graduate (Finance/Commerce preferred). MBA (Finance/Marketing) and AMFI/NISM/IRDA certifications preferred. Skills & Competencies Strong leadership, deep product knowledge, excellent communication, target orientation, strategic thinking, and proficiency in MS Excel & CRM tools.
