Senior Graphic Designer

Role Summary

We’re seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead and execute all design efforts for our growing product and brand range. This role requires a storyteller and visual thinker who can bring imagination to life across packaging, print, digital, website, and brand communication.

You will work directly with the Founder, Creative Director, and cross-functional teams in Marketing, Product, and Sales, while coordinating with external printing agencies and vendors to ensure world-class execution.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone who wants to shape a playful yet meaningful brand at the national and global stage.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

🎨 Packaging & Print Design

• Design attractive and functional packaging for scientific and sensory toys
• Develop 3D mockups/renderings for product visuals and presentations
• Create print assets such as flyers, instruction manuals, retail signage, and event branding
• Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure high-quality execution

📱 Social Media & Digital Assets

• Create compelling visuals for Instagram, Facebook, email campaigns, and digital ads
• Build creative assets for product launches, festivals, influencer collaborations, and promotions
• Ensure brand consistency and visual identity across all digital platforms

🌐 Website & UI/UX Design

• Design web visuals, banners, and product graphics for FundooLabs website and e-commerce platforms
• Collaborate with the tech team to improve user experience and interface design
• Contribute to creative storytelling on FundooLabs.com and partner marketplaces

📦 Sales & Channel Partner Support

• Design promotional content for distributor kits, sales presentations, catalogues, and product sheets
• Create branded exhibition/event materials for Toy Fairs, expos, and channel partner promotions

🤝 Cross-Functional & Creative Collaboration

• Work directly with the Founder and Creative Director to bring brand vision to life
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to deliver impactful campaigns
• Manage projects from concept to delivery, including vendor coordination
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and visual systems across all channels

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a product-based company or brand-focused design role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Familiarity with CorelDraw and Microsoft Office
• Experience with 3D rendering/mockup tools (Adobe Dimension, Blender, or similar)
• Familiarity with UI/UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling
• Awareness of AI tools for design productivity (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly)
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and project management skills
• Team player with creative drive, attention to detail, and long-term career vision
