Senior Mis Executive

Job Summary:

The Senior MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support business decision-making across various departments in the BPO. The role involves designing, maintaining, and automating reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and providing actionable insights to improve process efficiency, productivity, and performance.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for operations, clients, and management.
• Analyze large data sets to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with operations and client teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver timely insights.
• Create and maintain dashboards (Excel / Power BI / Google Sheets / Tableau) to visualize KPIs and metrics.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and systems.
• Track and monitor SLAs, productivity, attendance, and performance metrics.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports to support management decisions.
• Support automation initiatives to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
• Coordinate with IT and operations teams to resolve data or system issues promptly.
• Maintain proper documentation for all reports and processes.
