Senior ML Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Model Development: Design, develop, and fine-tune Machine Learning Models
Generative AI: Implement Generative AI use cases using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI etc
Research: Conduct research to advance the state-of-the-art in generative AI, including exploring new algorithms, techniques, and tools.
Collaboration: Work along with Seniors and Stake holders to capture the requirements and execute it in Agile methodology.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of models, experiments, and findings to facilitate knowledge sharing and reproducibility.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in the field of AI and machine learning and apply this knowledge to current projects.

Qualifications

Must Have:

1. Proficiency in Python Programming Language
2. Experience in Developing Machine Learning models using Sklearn/PyTorch/TensorFlow
3. Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) libraries and tools such as Spark NLP, Hugging Face, NLTK etc.
4. Experience in any GenAI framework such as LangChain, AutoGen or CrewAI etc
5. Experience in Github and CI/CD pipelines to deploy the Machine Learning Models

Good to Have:
1. Experience in MLOps Tools like MLflow, AutoML etc
2. Experience in Azure Cloud
3. Experience in working Agile Model.
