Senior Ticket Salesperson

Job Summary

The Senior Ticket Salesperson is responsible for handling complex air ticket bookings,

providing expert fare advice, and managing high-value clients. The role requires strong

GDS (Galelio / Amadeus) knowledge and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle international air ticket bookings

* Manage complex itineraries, reissues, refunds, and cancellations

* Provide accurate fare quotations and routing options

* Coordinate with airlines and consolidators

* Ensure compliance with airline rules and company policies

* Support and guide junior ticketing staff

* Meet sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Experience in air ticketing

* Strong knowledge of GDS (Galileo / Amadeus)

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile

* Experience in IATA or travel agency environment

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

We are looking for an individual who can join us at our Vadodara office. The position is

strictly work from the office and requires flexibility to work in the following shifts:

Late Day Shift: 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Salary: approximate salary would be 45k to 60 which would be negotiable depending on the candidate's experience and skills.
