Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound sales inquiries for tour packages
- Sell Domestic & International Holiday Packages
- Convert walk-in, calls, WhatsApp & online leads into bookings
- Counsel clients on destinations, itineraries & visa process
- Coordinate with operations team for bookings & confirmations
- Maintain customer database & follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Key Skills Required:
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in Tourism / Travel Sales
- Strong communication skills (English, Hindi; Gujarati preferred)
- Knowledge of holiday packages, airlines & hotels
- Sales-driven & target-oriented mindset
- Experience with CRM / WhatsApp / Calling preferred
