Senior Visa Consultant – UK Visitor Visa

📍 Location: Vadodara, Gujarat, India

🕙 Office Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

✅ Act as the primary contact person for all clients and office operations

✅ Run the consultancy office independently while the owner is based outside India (remote support available)

✅ Handle end-to-end UK Visitor Visa cases, from consultation to final file preparation

✅ Conduct detailed client counselling and assess eligibility honestly

✅ Advise clients on complete documentation requirements as per UKVI guidelines

✅ Fill online visa application forms accurately and responsibly

✅ Review, verify, organise, and prepare visa documents with high accuracy

✅ Scan, structure, and compile complete visa files as per UKVI standards

✅ Coordinate and share prepared files with the UK-based partner

✅ Manage front-office, reception, and basic administrative work

✅ Plan and run promotions to generate leads (online & offline)

✅ Handle and manage social media enquiries and office contact channels

✅ Follow up on all leads and convert inquiries into confirmed clients

✅ Maintain proper client records, document checklists, and application tracking

✅ Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the consultancy office

Skills Required:

✔️ Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati

✔️ Proven hands-on experience in UK Visitor Visa processing and documentation

✔️ Ability to independently manage the office and take full responsibility

✔️ Good computer skills (online forms, scanning, email, MS Office / Google Workspace)

✔️ Experience handling social media leads and client enquiries

✔️ Strong sales, marketing, and follow-up skills

✔️ Highly organised, detail-oriented, and disciplined

✔️ Trustworthy, punctual, and reliable

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3 years experience in visa consultancy / travel / immigration support
• Comfortable acting as office-in-charge / lead consultant
• Looking for a long-term role with responsibility and trust
