Job Title: UPS Service Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated UPS Service Engineer to handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of UPS systems at customer sites. The role involves hands-on technical work, field visits, and direct customer interaction to ensure uninterrupted system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) activities for UPS systems at customer sites under AMC contracts
• Carry out installation and commissioning of UPS systems, including batteries, racks, cabling, stabilizers, isolation transformers, and TVSS (as applicable)
• Attend and resolve UPS breakdown calls by diagnosing issues and restoring systems to working condition
• Repair and troubleshoot spare parts at PCB level
• Independently identify, analyze, and resolve technical and service-related issues at customer locations
• Maintain service reports and coordinate with the team for timely resolution
• Perform regular fieldwork involving travel and customer interaction

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field
• Experience in UPS installation, servicing, and troubleshooting preferred
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site with customers
