Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer with hands-on experience in IVD machinery and automation systems. The candidate will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and client support for our advanced diagnostic equipment.

• Key Responsibilities:Installation, commissioning, and demonstration of IVD machines (Assembly & Pouching, Dispensing, Cutting, etc.)
• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues at client sites
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines
• Coordinating with clients for service schedules and ensuring timely resolution
• Supporting FAT/SAT activities and customer training
• Maintaining service reports and documentation
• Providing on-call/remote technical support when required
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Biomedical
• 1–5 years experience in IVD / Pharma / Medical device machinery (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of PLC, sensors, pneumatics, and basic automation systems
• Hands-on experience in field service & client handling
• Willingness to travel extensively across India
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Preferred Experience:Experience with LFA / Rapid Test Kit machinery
• Exposure to assembly & pouching machines, reel-to-reel systems, or dispensing units
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles
