Service Manager

· Day to Day Service Operations ( Preferred with Experience of UPS Field )

· Generate service revenue for the Company - Annual Maintenance Contracts. Set-up new Annual Maintenance Contracts; terminate expired Annual Maintenance Contracts and

general maintenance of active contracts.

· Maintain excellent relations with the customers and maintain close communications and co-ordination with principal team representatives and internal team.

· Independently troubleshoot and solve technical problems and service issues at customer site or assistance to Service engineers/technicians present at customer site.

· Supervise a team of service engineers/technicians and support their day-to-day operations.

· Train and coach, the service technicians/engineers for better customer service and operations.

· The job might require Field Work, Travel and Customer contact.

· Close coordination with Principles for alignment of engineers.
