Service Manager

Job Title: Service Manager / Senior Service Engineer (UPS)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager / Senior Service Engineer to oversee day-to-day service operations, drive service revenue, and ensure high-quality customer support for UPS systems. The role involves team supervision, customer coordination, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day service operations, preferably with hands-on experience in UPS field services
• Generate service revenue through Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), including setting up new AMCs, managing renewals, terminating expired contracts, and maintaining active contracts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure smooth communication with principal representatives and internal teams
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve technical and service-related issues at customer sites, or provide on-site support to service engineers/technicians
• Supervise and guide a team of service engineers/technicians in their daily operations
• Train and coach service engineers/technicians to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate closely with principals to ensure proper alignment and deployment of engineers
• Handle fieldwork involving travel and direct customer interaction as required

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field
• Proven experience in UPS service operations and team handling
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel and work at customer locations
