Service Manager

·       Day to Day Service Operations.

·       Generate service revenue for the Company - Annual Maintenance Contracts of UPS . Set-up new Annual Maintenance Contracts; terminate expired Annual Maintenance Contracts and

general maintenance of active contracts.

·       Maintain excellent relations with the customers and maintain close communications and co-ordination with principal team representatives and internal team.

·       Independently troubleshoot and solve technical problems and service issues for UPS at customer site or assistance to Service engineers/technicians present at customer site.

·       Supervise a team of service engineers/technicians of UPS and support their day-to-day operations.

·       Train and coach, the service technicians/engineers about complete range of UPS products for better customer service and operations.

·       The job might require Field Work, Travel and Customer contact.

·       Close coordination with Principles for alignment of engineers.
