Job Description
- Project Oversight: Manage day-to-day site activities, from initial site setup to completion, ensuring work aligns with plans, specs, and codes.
- Quality Control & Safety: Conduct inspections, test materials, and enforce strict health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Planning & Design Implementation: Translate technical drawings and blueprints into physical structures, analyzing survey data and site conditions.
- Resource Management: Control budgets, procure materials, manage equipment, and optimize resource allocation.
- Team Coordination: Supervise site staff, liaise with architects, contractors, clients, and subcontractors, and facilitate clear communication.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical difficulties, delays, and unexpected issues quickly to keep the project on track.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed progress reports, site documentation, and updates to management and stakeholders.
