Site Engineer – Civil & Interior Fit-Out

We are seeking a dynamic and result driven Site Engineer with 5 years of experience in the Civil and Interior Fit outs. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in supervising on-site activities to ensure timely project delivery within quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling on-site challenges, solving technical issues, and maintaining clear communication with project teams, clients, and consultants.

Primary job location will be Vadodara; however, the position is transferable and may require relocation to any project site across India based on organizational and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Ensure timely execution of civil and interior fit-out works as per project schedules
• Read and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and technical documents
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal project teams
• Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and identify issues
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and maintain proper documentation
• Ensure adherence to material specifications and workmanship standards
• Supervise site labor and subcontractors effectively
• Resolve on-site technical and engineering challenges proactively
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with project requirements
• Ensure all safety measures and protocols are strictly followed at site

Qualifications & Skills

Education

• Diploma in Civil Engineering
• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering

Experience & Skills

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in civil construction and interior fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and execution techniques
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
• Good understanding of quality standards, safety norms, and site regulations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Willingness to relocate based on project requirements
